4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a mobile wallet registered in the account holder's own name.

If a technical error or incorrect amount is deposited in a transaction, 4k99 reserves the right to correct it automatically. Any excess balance or bonus obtained due to an error will be considered void.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4k99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus is given under specific conditions, and the bonus becomes withdrawable only once those conditions are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each person may use each bonus offer only once.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 4k99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Specific game categories may apply toward meeting wagering requirements — the detailed terms of each offer are stated separately.

6Gaming & Betting Rules

All games and betting activities on the 4k99 platform follow strict rules to ensure fair and transparent operation. We are committed to ensuring fair play.

• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week.
